Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the lower 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on every order.

Production and delivery times

Every poster is printed, and framed if you chose a frame, to order just for you. Production usually takes 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping then usually takes 3 to 4 business days, so most orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days of ordering.

These times are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods and carrier delays can add time. If we can't ship your order when expected, we'll email you, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.

How your order ships

Framed prints ship in protective boxes. Unframed prints ship rolled in a sturdy tube. We'll email you tracking information when your order ships.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before you place your order. You can change it within 1 hour of ordering by emailing us at help@thefairwayframe.com with your order number. After that, your order is in production. Orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout aren't covered.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or your package is lost, email us at help@thefairwayframe.com with your order number. Our Refund Policy explains how we reprint and replace orders.
